A large and well equipped re-fitted kitchen/dining room, cosy lounge,three bedrooms and separate bar/games room make this an ideal place to enjoy the warm and sunny Vendee climate and the fabulous tourist attractions that the area has to offer.

It comprises of one large double bedroom, a large twin bedroom and a smaller children\'s bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs is a large family bathroom with a convenient wc/cloakroom downstairs.

Outside you will find a private courtyard with sunloungers, patio furniture and barbecue and there is also a separate garden with charming seating area leading down to a private lake.
